This 90-minute webinar provides a new way of understanding the eleven competencies and how to apply them in a way that leads to coaching mastery. Created by ICF Credentialing Expert, Carly Anderson, MCC and longtime ICF Assessor, the Target Approach gives coaches an insight into what assessors look for in quality coaching. The session will be facilitated by Carly and her fellow ICF Assessor Karen Boskemper, PCC.

About Our Speakers
Carly Anderson, founder of The Mentor Coaching Group, has been a coach since 1998. She is originally from Australia and has been living in the United States since 2001. She has been a Master Certified Coach since 2004, and a Mentor Coach since 2005, an active ICF Assessor for the majority of that time, and an instructor for Coach U and Corporate Coach U since 1999.
The Target Approach is a product of her many years of expertise as an ICF Assessor and trainer of coaching skills. As an assessor she has listened to thousands of coaching recordings and brings to us today her insights and wisdom of how to effectively leverage and arrange the 11 ICF Core Competencies in a way that enhances the application of the competencies, and strengthens the quality of your coaching instantly. Karen Boskemper is a Professional Certified Coach, and ICF Assessor. Karen has been coaching since 2003 and graduated from Coach University. She is currently completing an Advanced Coach Training Program in Leadership and Well-being through George Mason University, and partners with Carly as a mentor in The Mentor Coaching Group.
Besides being a mentor coach, she is also an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Consultant. She works both in the global corporate arena, and within the US government sector providing Executive Coaching, Group and Team Coaching, and delivering leadership training programs.
