Speaker Bio: Janet Baldwin Anderson, Ph.D., is a leadership coach and educator who serves on the faculties of Tai Sophia Institute and Fielding Graduate University. She has extensive experience in the field of adult learning and the assessment of educational and professional accomplishment. An ICF-certified coach, she earned her coaching credential from Georgetown University’s Center for Professional Development and recently completed advanced training in presence-based coaching through a year-long program with Doug Silsbee.
